2020 3-in-1 Plasterboard Mounting System

The 3-in-1 Trolley is used for the transportation of boards in construction. The 3-in-1 comes with a Trolley, Stacker, and Mounter.

Trolley

The motorized trolley can be used internally or externally, for example, to receive plasterboard up to 1300kg in weight (about 40 plasterboards @ 1200x3000x12.5mm) from a delivery truck. It can transport a stack of plasterboard to a given location on the building site, delivering the plasterboard either horizontally onto trestles, or in an upright position in the Stacker. The Trolley can be driven up and down inclines of up to 7.5° but must not otherwise be used on sloping surfaces.

Stacker

The plasterboard is stored on the Stacker (800kg capacity, stack height 320mm) and ready for mounting. The Stacker is easy to move and allows the Mounter to take plasterboards individually so that they can be fastened in place.

Mounter

The Mounter takes plasterboard individually from the Stacker to where they are to be mounted onto the stud frame.
