The Libro 12000, with a capacity of 12000kg, is intended for attachment to tower cranes and mobile cranes at elevated positions. Installing glass, cladding, curtain walling, and balconies beneath overhangs as deep as 4,000mm is possible with this counterweight balancer.

Rechargeable batteries are used in the Libro 12000 to power the adjustable counterweight rack and pinion saddle. The counterweight saddle can be adjusted along the beam to balance the load being lifted, and it is controlled by a cable remote.

In addition to having an integrated hook and being compatible with a below-the-hook vacuum lifter, the Libro 12000 overhang beam has a safety mechanism that prevents the main beam from going over a +/- 10° slope.
