2014 Oscar 600 Glazing Robot

The Oscar 600 transforms glass lifting from a multi-person task into a one-man operation. This compact glazing robot can lift glass weighing up to 600kg using dual-circuit vacuum technology.

With a chassis only 780mm wide and equipped with solid rubber wheels, the Oscar 600 easily navigates tight spaces. Steering wheel controls allow smooth operation in confined areas, while its six suction pads securely attach to glass, metal, and window or door components.

The Oscar 600 features a telescopic lifting arm with a reach of 1445mm (300kg capacity), offering precise control for raising and lowering. Its articulated joint enables the lifting of glass from shelves. For added safety, the machine includes small stabilizers for handling heavier loads and an electric side-shift function to ensure exact positioning during glazing installation.
