2021 Geko 500 3D Head Glazing Robot

The Geko 500 3D glass lifter is designed to lift glass, marble, steel, and other materials in confined or hard-to-reach areas. 

This battery-powered manipulator has an innovative hydraulically powered 3D head, allowing precise load positioning. It offers 180° powered rotation, a 90° tilt function for up-and-down movement, a manual boom slew of 22° left and right, and a powered head capable of slewing 90° in both directions.

With a maximum lifting height of 2.9 meters, the Geko 500 is ideal for picking loads off the ground and positioning them at any angle required for installation. 

Its pneumatic rubber tyres ensure safer travel over uneven or rough terrain, and it features a powered side-shift function to help fine-tune load placement during glass installation.

This versatile machine is also perfect for lifting and installing canopy glazing, curtain walls, and glazing from the inside out.
