2014 Oscar 600 Glazing Robot

The Oscar 600 is a glazing robot that utilises dual-circuit vacuum technology to lift and manoeuvre heavy glass weighing up to 600kg.

With a frame width of just 780mm and solid rubber wheels, the Oscar 600 is easy to navigate through narrow spaces using the controls on its steering column, making it ideal for use in confined areas. It is equipped with six suction pads capable of adhering to glass, metal, and window or door components.

The Oscar 600’s telescopic lifting arm has a reach of 1445mm and can lift up to 300kg at full extension. Its precise controls enable smooth raising and lowering, while its articulated joint allows it to lift items from shelves. Compact stabilisers and an electric side-shift function enhance safety when handling heavier loads and provide effortless positioning during glass installation.
